Zoë leads the work of BVG Associates in Scotland where she is based. She specialises in technology development, innovation and research commercialisation as well as supporting supply chain development in Scotland and the north of England.

Zoë joined BVG Associates in 2011 from Vestas Wind Systems . At Vestas, she managed the Innovation Network team which coordinated a global network of R&D partners and projects. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s open innovation strategy. Before taking on this role, she worked within Vestas Blade Technology department as a project coordinator and project manager.

Zoë’s roles have provided her with a strong network within the global renewable energy research community, particularly in the UK, the US, Singapore and China. She also has worked extensively in technology transfer from the aerospace industry into the wind industry. She has a MA and MSc from Oxford University and Southampton University respectively.
