Our team has hands-on experience delivering excellence at many stages of the wind turbine life cycle. We have practical experience of taking onshore and offshore turbines and complex sub-systems through design, bench testing, prototyping, type certification, technology transfer and demonstration.

 

We understand the needs of the wind industry– which seeks suppliers with a lean culture, improving both costs and quality year-on-year, with the ambition to keep pace with rapid industry growth, with a positive attitude towards change and moving to new geographical markets.

 

We understand the aerodynamics, the control and the structural considerations in developing new wind turbines – not only the typical, large three-bladed turbines seen today but also other concepts, both horizontal and vertical axis.

We provide support from beginning to end. We helped Vestas to establish their global Technology Centre for Rotor Systems Research in UK and introduced development partners. We accompanied Siemens Wind Power on their first visits to review UK port facilities and introduced them to hundreds of UK suppliers ready to provide excellence.
